Errors

CustomerSuccessBox returns standard HTTP Response Codes to indicate success or failure.

As a rule of the thumb, 2xx range indicates success, 4xx range indicates failure, and 5xx range indicates unknown error.

Error Response Exception

Error Response [Important]: We currently return a 200 response for all Track Feature API requests. The only exception is if the request is empty respond with a 400.

This limitation is in place since the listening servers for telemetry ingest with very high rate. See Rate Limits for more details.

For the rest of the APIs calls will respond with respective Response code.

While, we’re working on showing more helpful responses to our users. Feel free to reach out to your onboarding manager write to support@customersuccessbox.com for any support with using these APIs.
